January 6: GGAHC Annual Event Planning Meeting
What: It's time for us to plan the activities for 2018!
Please think about all of the drives and events you would like to have for club members during the summer of 2018. Bring your great ideas for those events to the meeting so we can plan dates for them. If you would like to host an event, but don't have any ideas, definitely come to the meeting as many members bring multiple ideas for events to the meeting and will be happy to let you host them. The more members with imagination we have at the meeting will make the best Healey driving summer we will have.
The meeting will be held at the Walnut Creek Elks Lodge, 1475 Creekside Drive. Travelling either North or South on Hwy 680, take the South Main St. Exit (#45A) just south of the 680/24 interchange. Go North on Sough Main Street and Creekside Drive is the first right off of South Main Street.
More info: The meeting will start at 10:45 so we can socialize and finish the coffee we brought with us. The planning meeting will start at 11:00 and end at 1:00, with time during the meeting for some pizza for lunch.
